Activities

Meadowbrook Healthcare’s Activities Department coordinates events that enhance the lives of our residents.  From our musical concerts to our nature club there is something for everyone.  During the warmer weather months we have resident picnics outside, live entertainment and themed events for all of our residents and their families to enjoy.

Meadowbrook Healthcare is passionate about music therapy.  We have a full-time in-house musician that provides interactive musical entertainment each day. We are very proud of our Music & Memory Program, in which individuals with a wide range of cognitive and physical conditions are able to engage with the world, ease pain, and reclaim their humanity through the use of personalized music.

Many community members and students from our area schools regularly volunteer at Meadowbrook.  We connect people together who have similar interests.  Life-long friends are made through our volunteer program.  For volunteering opportunities, contact our Community Relations Coordinator, Sandy Geddes at sgeddes@meadowbrookhealth.com.
