We are seeking a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) to join our dynamic and dedicated Rehab team. The right candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a Baccalaureate degree plus a certificate of proficiency in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, or hold a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Must have current state license as a Physical Therapist.
The RPT works with a team to develop effective treatment plans and obtain approval for services from referring physicians. The RPT will supervise the Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides in direct patient care and patient-related activities. The right candidate will work with the Rehab team and communicate with the team regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
In addition, the RPT will participate in patient care conferences, weekly rehabilitation meetings, discharge planning meetings, etc.
